Shipping
Shipping fees are charged per order and calculated based on shipment volume, weight, and destination. Final shipping costs are confirmed prior to shipment.
Processing time depends on the type of order placed.
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Products that are available in stock are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier. Most Ready-to-Ship orders arrive within about one week.
Bulk Orders
For larger or custom bulk orders, products are sourced directly from our partner brands and suppliers in Korea. Because of this, order processing typically takes approximately 2–4 business weeks, depending on product availability and supplier lead times. After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, excluding customs clearance.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier availability, logistics conditions, and customs procedures in the destination country.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If items are missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cokonogal.com and provide:
- A photo of the shipping waybill
- A photo of the outer carton with the waybill visible
- Clear photos of the affected product(s)
All claims are reviewed carefully.
If a product is missing despite being marked as delivered by the carrier, we will only compensate according to the carrier’s transportation compensation policy.
Please verify all shipping information and local import regulations prior to ordering. Cokonogal is not responsible for delays, inspections, additional charges, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information or customs procedures in the destination country.
Refund and Returns
As a B2B wholesale supplier, all sales are final once goods have been shipped. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage partners to review product details and import requirements carefully before placing an order.
Customs
Buyers are responsible for all customs and duty taxes. Please check with your local customs authority for accurate information before placing an order.
