Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale transactions with Cokonogal. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Wholesale Model
Cokonogal operates strictly as a B2B sourcing and wholesale supplier. All orders are considered final once shipped. This model allows us to maintain competitive pricing, flexible sourcing, and efficient global distribution.
3. Claims & Adjustments
While traditional returns are not supported in wholesale transactions, claims may be submitted in cases of:
• Confirmed shipment error by Cokonogal
• Verified manufacturing defect
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Each case is reviewed individually and handled in good faith.
4. Inspection Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon receipt. Manufacturer packaging updates, minor cosmetic differences, or design changes that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, and remorse-based returns are not accepted in wholesale transactions. Goods returned without prior written authorization may not be accepted.
6. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once shipments are dispatched, delivery follows the carrier’s terms and conditions. If delivery issues arise due to buyer-related factors (incorrect address, refusal, customs complications), any resulting costs including storage, re-shipment, or return shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
Buyers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and compliance with local import regulations. Cokonogal is not responsible for customs inspections, delays, seizures, rejections, destruction of goods, or additional charges imposed by authorities.
We strongly recommend confirming all local import requirements prior to placing an order.
